Embroidery by Design, Inc. takes great pride in providing top quality
embroidery and screen-printing. The owner, Butch Gast is an engineer and he
has authored and implemented detailed quality control manuals and
procedures. This experience and background has helped him develop the
quality control procedures used today at Embroidery By Design, Inc.
We Own Our Equipment
Another large contributor to our ability to control quality is that
Embroidery by Design, Inc. owns their state-of-the-art
embroidery and silkscreen equipment. To insure equipment quality, we
contract with outside technicians to perform preventive maintenance on all
machines every 60 days. Our onsite machines and production staff work
hand-in-hand with management to assure quality products are delivered.
Experienced Art Department
Embroidery by Design, Inc. has an experienced in-house art department. All
digitizing of logos and creation of graphics needed for embroidery, screen
printing or other reproduction is done in-house. Our art department works
closely with our sales team and you the client, making sure that your
project is top quality not only in the reproduction method but in the visual
branding of your logo.

We believe Embroidery by Design, Inc. has some of the most experienced
employees in our industry. Our employees are trained to manage production,
scheduling and quality controls without having to depend on outside
subcontractors. This allows us to produce items with fewer staff per 1000
